The Light Commercial Max Heat® Outdoor Unit is equipped with all the features of standard Light Commercial Outdoor Unit, as well as the ability to keep you comfortable in any climate. Even those reaching -13°F (-25°C).

Features

DESIGNED FOR COLD CLIMATES:Along with the ability to provide 100% heating performance at 5°F (-15°C) with high heating output at -13°F (-25°C), the Light Commercial Max Heat® Outdoor Unit is equipped with an integral base pan heater to defrost and drain away water to avoid ice buildup.
HIGH PERFORMANCE: This system utilizes a twin rotary BLDC compressor with highly stable moving parts, resulting in reduced torque variation as compared to a conventional single BLDC compressor*.
SNOW ACCUMULATION PREVENTION: When the temperature is below 41°F (5°C), fans will operate every 30 minutes on idle outdoor units to prevent snow buildup.
TOTAL CONTROL: Through the SmartThings app, you can operate your unit from almost anywhere, at any time†.
QUIET OPERATION: Night time quiet mode reduces operating noise from the outdoor unit at night.
EASY SERVICE: The Light Commercial Max Heat® Outdoor Unit is equipped with a removable EEPROM chip at the main PCB to store data.
