Like miles-per-gallon for a car, SEER and HSPF ratings allow consumers to compare energy efficiency of heat pumps - the higher the number, the better the efficiency. With two stages of heating for improved comfort, the PH16NA provides better dehumidification and more comfort! This model also features our deluxe dense grille for greater protection of the unit's outside coil.
