The AprilAire 8145 Fresh Air Ventilator brings in just the right amount of outdoor air in today's tightly-built homes. Its snap-in mounting brackets ensure a hassle-free installation process, saving time and effort. This ENERGY STAR®-certified unit empowers homeowners to optimize energy consumption by intelligently adjusting ventilation according to the temperature extremes of the day.

This ventilator is lightweight and durable, thanks to its slim polycarbonate design, enabling installation even in confined spaces like attics and closets. Beyond mere functionality, the AprilAire 8145 prioritizes health and comfort, effectively diluting indoor air filled with allergens, chemicals, viruses, and bacteria, while pushing stale air outdoors and fostering indoor air movement. Its integrated control system ensures seamless operation, compensating for missed ventilation cycles during lockouts by introducing additional fresh air when temperatures are moderate. Plus, it includes an integrated powered damper and replaceable MERV 6 Filter with the option to upgrade to a MERV 13 Filter (sold separately).
