The Comfort™ FMA5L fan coil, designed for multi-family applications, has a standard-efficiency, multi-speed PSC blower motor for standard energy savings. Its compact size is space saving and can be wall hung or flush mounted for easy replacement and access. Includes factory-installed electric heat and TXV metering device.
